To find X% of Y: multiply Y by X, then divide by 100. Example: 15% of 200 = (200 × 15) / 100 = 30.
Percentage change = ((New Value - Old Value) / Old Value) × 100. A positive result means increase, negative means decrease.
Percentage is a ratio out of 100. Percentile indicates the value below which a given percentage of data falls. For example, scoring in the 90th percentile means you scored better than 90% of others.
